friday was the daily cal staff social... not many people showed, but thats to be expected when most of the staff is under 21 and the party's at the bear's lair - its a really intimidating place when you're underage.  some good times with bad bar food, ah daily cal socials.  i like the nachos tho, gotta love jalepenos.

hiring people is so tedious. i thought i wouldnt have to tryout more people because i didnt get any more apps, but it turns out i just didnt get the apps as soon as they came in. maybe i'll just arbitrarily stop accepting them. or not ( Read more... )

the second wave of recruitment (for daily cal) has come and gone... so far I've received 1 app. unless i havent received copies of apps. its ok tho, i dont want people that are ambitious and apply to multiple positions anyway. lack of a second wave may mean that i can hire people by the end of the week. that would rock my socks ( Read more... )
